Agape's programmes

Pick a country from the boxes on the right in order to view all the availble porgrammes there, which differ from country to country.

Agape Volunteers currently operates in Kenya, Maasai-land, Ghana, Tanzania, Jodhpur and The Himalayas. Within each country there is a choice of up to six different programmes, including teaching, orpahange work, medical, HIV/AIDS work, sports, conservation and music placements. All our programmes range between 1 week and 1 year. You can start and finish whenever you want and there are no registration fees whatsoever.

You will be assigned your own personal trip adviser who will guide you through the booking process and answer any questions you might have.

By volunteering with Agape, you will be contributing to established projects in areas of Africa which are in real need. It is one of the most rewarding ways of making a difference in the world around you. You will be living and working alongside local people, exploring a new culture whilst helping them to build a better future. If there are two project areas you are interested in, you can even combine two placements to create your own unique experience.

You will be assigned your own personal trip advisor who will guide you through the booking process and answer any questions you might have. They will be available to support you from receiving your application until finishing your placement.

They will send you a copy of the information booklet relating to your placement to make sure you are as well prepared as possible. We want you to be completely happy with your booking, so your volunteer programme fees are fully refundable up to 30 days before you travel. You can also volunteer with a friend or as part of a group.
